Refund policy

Unwanted Items

If you've changed your mind, you can return unwanted items within 14 days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the goods, a full refund will be issued, minus delivery costs. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Note: For hygiene reasons, opened e-liquids, e-cigarettes, and refill pods are non-returnable unless faulty. Damaged items due to wear and tear or improper handling are also not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact our support team via live chat or email at "support@scentvape.co.uk". All returns must be approved; unauthorized returns will not be processed. Please use the tracked shipping label provided by Scent Vape and ensure items are securely packaged. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, notify us within 48 hours via live chat or email at "support@scentvape.co.uk". We will work with you to resolve the issue by approving a return, exchange, or refund.

If the fault is reported within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a repair, exchange, or refund. If the item is found not to be faulty or if the fault is due to misuse or damage, a refund/exchange will not be issued, and return costs will apply.

Note: All returns must be authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Specific Items

• USB Charging Ports: Our warranty excludes damage to USB ports, such as bent pins.

• Coils/Atomisers: Coils are consumables with limited lifespans. We accept returns for dead-on-arrival (DOA) coils if reported within 48 hours. Misused or burnt coils are not eligible for refund.

• Replacement Pods: These are consumables and not covered under warranty.

E-liquids and Tank Damage

Some e-liquids can damage polycarbonate tanks. Flavors like Aniseed and Citrus may cause cracking. We do not offer refunds for tank damage due to these liquids. Ensure your tank material is suitable.

Disposable E-Cigarettes

Disposables are consumable and not covered by our 28-day warranty. Puff counts are estimates and not guaranteed. Refunds are not available for unmet puff expectations.

Failed Deliveries

All orders are sent via tracked delivery. If unavailable, you are responsible for re-delivery costs. A 10% restocking fee applies if items are returned to us. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days. If the item is returned due to misuse or damage, you will incur return shipping charges.
